Louisville Airpark

The Louisville Airpark is a new, state-of-the-art logistics facility developed by long-time T&C client, Nicklies Development. The first phase is a nearly one million square foot warehouse with designs for two more extensive facilities. The project sits on an exceptionally challenging site to construct due to the highly wet nature of the ground. It was a swamp!

Nicklies Development partnered with a local civil engineer to design an extensive underground stormwater system. This system utilized two existing lakes on site, which were lowered in order to afford more storage for the drainage of such large buildings and parking areas.

T&C used chemical and conventional soil stabilization to complete the building site and parking lots/roads. Also constructed for the project were the extensive storm drainage system, domestic and fire protection water facilities, and sanitary sewers.

What our customers are saying

"T&C Contracting had great input from the time we were initially selecting the land, through the budgeting process, and successful construction of Phase 1 of our Logistics Airpark development. We felt T&C Contracting was our partner in this endeavor and kept our best interests in mind. As with other projects, you came through for us by completing these projects within tight timelines and budgets. Your employees were professional and respectful of the need to do a quality job. Personally, I appreciate that you make yourself available when requested, you are timely with returning phone calls and emails, and can be always trusted to be fair and honest. T&C Contracting has made us feel like a highly valued customer and we will certainly contact you for bids on future work, as well as continue to recommend you to others."
